Pleas resolve criminal court cases

The following criminal cases were resolved last week with the use of plea agreements:

•Jonathan Michael Nipper- four counts theft of property over $1,000, four counts aggravated burglary, two counts, promotion manufacture of methamphetamine, theft of property under $500, burglary, criminal trespassing; split confinement of one year with a jail credit from Nov. 2, 2010, eight years  supervised probation, court costs, $375 to ECF, restitution to be announced on Jan. 31.
