An old face in the LaFollette landscape recently got a new lease on life.
After sitting vacant for several months the Po Boy Deli is back open and ready for business.
In keeping with tradition of the long-time community fixture, new owner Nancy Rosenfeld said many of the local menu favorites will remain the same.
“We are keeping the staples like pintos, chili dogs and of course hamburgers,” Rosenfeld stated.
While patrons can expect some of the same cuisine, Rosenfeld promises a variety of new, made from scratch menu items as well.
