Rape suspect arrested Tuesday

Leslie Kenny, 51, of Jacksboro, is facing a rape of a child charge after his wife allegedly observed him acting in an obscene manner. The incident is reported to have occurred on Christmas Day 2008.

A forensic interview was conducted with the five-year-old victim, said Campbell County Sheriff Gary Perkins.

During the interview, the young boy disclosed his father had acted in an inappropriate sexual manner with him, according to the arrest warrant.
