Rape trial scheduled for April

A man and woman accused of raping another female in the cab of tractor-trailer are slated to stand trial on April 7.

Wes McKinney and Melinda Morris are facing multiple charges from the spring 2008 crime that is alleged to have occurred at the Caryville interstate exit.

McKinney is facing multiple charges that include aggravated rape, sexual battery and felony reckless endangerment. Morris faces similar charges including one of criminal facilitation of the alleged crimes.
