Relay for Life committee to host kick off dinner for team captains

Relay for Life team captains have been invited to a kickoff event at Roane State Community College tonight at 6 p.m.
“Any team who is not signed up already, we can do that there,” said Lindsey Lawson, publicity chair for the Relay for Life committee. “We will also be discussing the event.”
The purpose of the event is to provide captains with information. Any group such as a church, business, or organization can form a team.
“We’re going to be serving dinner for everyone who comes,” Lawson said.
