The annual Bruce reunion (descendants of John and Annie Bruce) will be Sept. 5 at Cove Lake State Park, shelter #5.  Please bring a covered dish.  Lunch will be at noon.   Hicks and Martin reunion will be held at Wilbert and Lois Day’s home on Lick Fork Road in Pioneer on Sept. 5. Food will be served at 1 p.m.   The family and friends of the late Wesley and Sadie Bowman Turner will meet for reunion on Sept. 5 at Cove Lake State Park, shelter 1. The meal will begin at noon. Please bring your best covered dishes of food to share. Call Ruby at 562-8592 or 562-4189, with questions.   John and Sally Sexton Sparks family reunion will be held Sept. 5 at Cove Lake State Park, shelter #4 with lunch at noon. Family meeting and pictures will be held at 11:30 a.m.   Bruce/Parker reunion will be held Sept. 6 beginning at 10 a.m. at Cove Lake State Park shelter #5. Please bring a covered dish, there will be live music. Please bring a covered dish.   Annual Wilson reunion will be held Sept. 12 at Mountain Heritage beginning at 10:30 a.m., please bring a covered dish.   Jacksboro High School Class of 1969 will hold its 40th reunion on Sept. 13 at the Pavilion at Cove Lake State Park, beginning at 1 p.m., with lunch at 2 p.m. Cost is $22 per person. If you haven't sent in a registration, please contact Brenda Nance Goodman Stewart at 562-2686.   Campbell County High School 15 year reunion of 1994 class will be held Sept. 19 at 4 p.m. at the Downtown grill and brewery, this is optional. The reunion will be held on the Tennessee Riverboat at 6:15, the boat sets off at 7 p.m. for a two hour dinner cruise on the Star of Knoxville Riverboat. The price of the Riverboat will be approximately $40 per person, which includes the cost of the dinner and meal. Alcoholic drinks may be purchased at the cash bar on the boat and at the Brewery. The Riverboat management has asked that each person contact them separately to make reservations and to make payment for the tickets. The tickets are $37 per person and includes dinner. Jacksboro High School Class of 1974 will host its 35 year reunion on Oct. 17 from 6 to 11 p.m. at the Downtown Grill, 424 S. Gay Street, Knoxville.
