HUNTSVILLE—The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has obtained an indictment for an Oneida woman accused of stealing money from her employer.
TBI Special Agents began investigating Misty Lynn Blevins in late April. During the course of the investigation, agents reportedly developed information that Blevins, while an employee of S & L Products in Huntsville, transferred money from the business Paypal account to her personal Paypal account without the company’s consent.
Ultimately, investigators determined Blevins stole approximately $43,000 from August 2012 to January 2014.
On Tuesday, a Scott County grand jury returned an indictment for Blevins, charging the 31-year-old with one count of theft over $10,000. On Wednesday, Blevins turned herself into TBI Agents at the Scott County Jail, where she was later released after posting $25,000 bond.
