Sears of LaFollette under new ownership

After spending five years managing it, Linda Morris is the new owner of Sears of LaFollette.

In 1997, she began working at Sears in LaFollette and eventually worked her way up to manager. After managing the store for five years, Morris decided to buy the business after the former owners sold it back to Sears.

“Sears contacted me and asked if I wanted to buy it, and I thought, I’ve made all this money for all of those people for all of those years, and that’s what brought it all about,” said Morris.
