9:30 a.m. line dance class

11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Lunch serving beef stroganoff, broccoli, bread, dessert

7 p.m. Live Music Jamboree with Junior and Friends $5 per person

 

Friday

10 a.m. bingo

11:15 a.m. Lunch serving catfish, tater tots, slaw, bread, dessert

 

Monday

10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Senior Helping Hands Class

11:15 Lunch serving chicken cutlets, mashed potatoes, green beans, bread, dessert

12 p.m. Silver Sneakers

1:30 p.m. board meeting

 

Tuesday

9:30 a.m.  Line dance class

11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.  Lunch serving meat loaf, baked potato, peas, carrots, bread, desseert

 

Wednesday

9:00 a.m.  Gospel singing

10 a.m. Bible Study w/ Lynn Albright

11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. Lunch serving chicken n dumplings, broccoli, roll, desseert

12 p.m. Silver Sneakers

11:15 a.m. -12:15 p.m.  Lunch serving pulled pork, baked beans, slaw, dessert

7 p.m. Live music Jamboree with Junior and Friends, $5 per person

 

Friday

10 a.m. bingo

11:15 – 12:15 p.m. Lunch serving chili over rice, cole slaw, bread, dessert

12 p.m. Silver Sneakers Exercise Class

 

 

 

Activities at the Senior Center are partially funded by the LaFollette Medical Foundation, County Mayor’s Office, Campbell County Commission, Tennova, First Trust and Savings Bank, United Way, Terry’s Pharmacy, Riggs Drug Store, Dixie Concrete, Baird Tree Company, JL Computer’s and donations from the public.

The Senior Center is open daily Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. for daily events. Lunch is prepared and served daily from 11:15 a.m.  to 12:15p.m. Reservations for lunch must be made one day in advance. There is a van pick-up for those who do not drive. The Friendship Center is open for Thursday night events 6 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
