11:15 to 12:15 p.m. Lunch serving beef stew, slaw, cornbread and bread pudding

6 p.m. Snack bar serving hamburgers and hotdogs

7 p.m. Live Music Jamboree w/ Junior and friends $5 admission

 

Friday

10 a.m.  Bingo

11:30 a.m. Lunch serving pinto beans, fried potatoes, turnip greens, corn bread and cobbler

12:00 Silver Sneakers

12:45 p.m. Class of Mammography

 

Saturday

No music until further notice

 

Monday

10 a.m. Seniors Helping Hands Class

12 p.m. Silver Sneakers

11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.  Lunch serving cheeseburgers, tater tots, peach cobbler

 

Tuesday

9:30 a.m.  Line dance class

11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. Lunch serving turkey and dressing or ham, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, pecan or pumpkin pie and rolls.

 

Wednesday

9:00 a.m.  Gospel singing

10 a.m. Bible Study w/ Lynn Albright

10 a.m. Senior Helping Hands Class

11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. Lunch serving beef vegetable soup, slaw, cornbread, fruit cup

12 p.m.  Silver  Sneakers Exercise Class

Activities at the Senior Center are partially funded by the LaFollette Medical Foundation, County Mayor’s Office, Campbell County Commission, Tennova, First Trust and Savings Bank, United Way, Terry’s Pharmacy, Riggs Drug Store, Dixie Concrete, Baird Tree Company, JL Computer’s and donations from the pubic.

The Senior Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. Lunch is prepared and served daily from 11:15 – 12:15p.m. Reservations for lunch must be made one day in advance. There is a van pick-up for those who do not drive. The Friendship Center is open for Thursday night events 6 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
