10 a.m. Seniors Helping Hands Class

12 p.m. Silver Sneakers

11:15 – 12:15  Lunch serving pork loin, mashed potato with gravy, salad, roll, and pudding.

Tuesday

9:30 a.m.  Line dance class

11:15 – 12:15  Lunch serving fried chicken, country gravy, biscuit, mashed potato and banana pudding.

Wednesday

9:00 a.m.  Gospel singing

10 a.m. Bible Study w/ Lynn Albright

10 a.m. Senior Helping Hands Class

11:15 – 12:15 Lunch serving Salisbury steak, mashed potato, salad, roll, and peach cobbler.

12 p.m.  Silver  Sneakers Exercise Class

Thursday

 9:30 a.m. Pat’s line dance class

11:15 -12:15  Lunch serving lasagna, salad, roll, jello with fruit

6 p.m. Snack bar serving hamburgers and hotdogs and Halloween Party, prizes for best costumes

7 p.m. Live music Jamboree w/ Junior and friends $5 admission

 

Friday

10 a.m. Bingo

11: 30 a.m. Lunch serving potato soup served with ham and cheese sandwich, and apple cobbler

12 p.m. Silver Sneakers Class

12:45 p.m. Class on Mammography

 

 

Saturday

No music until further notice

Activities at the Senior Center are partially funded by the LaFollette Medical Foundation, County Mayor’s Office, Campbell County Commission, Tennova, First Trust and Savings Bank, United Way, Terry’s Pharmacy, Riggs Drug Store, Dixie Concrete, Baird Tree Company, JL Computer’s and donations from the pubic.

The Senior Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. Lunch is prepared and served daily from 11:15 – 12:15p.m. Reservations for lunch must be made one day in advance. There is a van pick-up for those who do not drive. The Friendship Center is open for Thursday night events 6 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
