Remembering trip to the Holy Land

When I wrote last week about Gideon Shor, our guide when we were in Israel, it reminded me of the places we visited.

Overlooking Jerusalem was breathtaking.It seemed to sparkle. As we approached the site where we could overlook the city, the group started singing “Marching up to Zion, beautiful, beautiful Zion.” To say it was impressive would be putting it very mildly. It was a very emotional moment, something I will never forget.
