Stolen checks from local business net theft charges for Martin

The break in of a local business led the Campbell County Sheriff’s Department to charge Faith Renee Martin, 43, of Knoxville with theft, vandalism and burglary charges.

According to the sheriff’s department warrant, Martin allegedly gained entrance into a local business by breaking a window.

However, the sheriff’s department learned that Martin also allegedly broke into the victim’s home prior to breaking into the victim’s business, said Detective Mike Perkins.
