Tip leads to arrest for LPD

An anonymous tip yielded a big pay-off in the way of drug arrests for LaFollette Police officers last Wednesday.

After receiving information regarding the possibility of drugs being sold from an East Central Avenue apartment Officers Josh Vann, Jason Marlow and Ronald Halcomb went to the residence to investigate.

When Bertha Louise Irwin, 32, of 103 East Central Avenue, Apartment 205, opened the door to officers she allegedly denied any drug activity on the premises.
