I have been reading the book of Joel, it only has three chapters, but they are so powerful. We read many stories or accounts of God’s people straying from his love, his teachings and pursuing their own ways.

Without the protection of the Heavenly Father and relying on their own abilities there were often overwhelmed and defeated. Just as today God does not force his will on is we choose the latter.
