Last Friday, two people sitting in a vehicle at the boat ramp at Grave Yard Point were soon in sheriff’s department custody for drug possession when deputy Jeremy Myers noticed something suspicious.
Myers was patrolling the area around 1 p.m. when he noticed the suspicious behavior of two people in a red jeep with Georgia tags.
When Myers saw the Jeep again J.R. Babb Jr., 30, was exiting the vehicle, he said. Myers instructed Babb to return to the vehicle and began questioning the occupants of the vehicle.
