An employee of Wal-Mart arrested for theft, netted additional charges when pills were found in his socks.
According to Jacksboro Officer James Skeans, he was dispatched to the large retail store in reference to a theft.
When Skeans spoke with the loss prevention agent, he learned Timothy James Rupp, 23, of Jacksboro, had taken almost $400 in merchandise from the store.
“Defendant was asked if he had any weapons or drugs on him and defendant stated that he did not,” said Skeans.
