Happy 57th Anniversary to Dan and Rita Herron on Nov. 18. The couple has five children, 10 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. They were married in Tynemouth, England.

The bride elect is the granddaughter of the late Gordon and Betty Smith and Marie Kitts of Caryville and Billy Jack Kitts of LaFollette. The groom to be is the grandson of the late Ralph and Flora Rains of Cherry Bottom and Oma Jean and the late T.J. Pierce of LaFollette. The wedding is planned for Nov. 20 at 3 p.m. at Cumberland View Baptist Church. A reception will follow at Cumberland View Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. All friends and family are welcome.
