CARYVILLE—A Williamsburg man urinating on the sidewalk at the Exit 141 Shell station was jailed after several citizens called 911 to report him.

Johnny J. Phillips, 47, 1955 Pruitt Ben Rd., Williamsburg, Ky., was approached by a Tennessee Highway Patrol officer around 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 15, according to a highway patrol spokesperson.

Further investigation revealed Phillips had an active warrant for prostitution in Campbell County, authorities said.

He was charged with disorderly conduct and prostitution. Phillips was booked into the Campbell County Jail and released later that day.
