Ashley Wyrick and Ben Marlow were married July 10 at McCloud Mountain Resort, Duff. Rev. Daniel Deck of Knoxville performed the double-ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Barbara and Brian Ferguson of Madison, AL and Cindy and Tim Wyrick of Sevierville. The groom is the son of Harrison Marlow and Mary Ledwell, both of Jacksboro.
Presented in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by her mother, Barbara, as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Laura Wright of LaFollette, Amberly Slover of Bowling Green, KY, and Kayte Holden, of Norris, cousin of the bride.
The father of the groom served as his son’s best man. Groomsmen were Shannon Marlow, Lake City, brother of groom, Josh Goins of LaFollette, and Jason Payne of Oak Ridge.
The reception was held at McCloud Mountain Restaurant with entertainment provided by Fantasy Casinos of Knoxville. The bride and groom honeymooned in Hawaii.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of CCHS and a 2009 graduate of Upper Iowa University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in financial management. The groom is a 2000 graduate of CCHS and a 2006 graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan, where he received a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science. He serves the community as a police officer in Caryville. The newlyweds reside in Jacksboro.
