recorded in the Register’s Office at Jacksboro, Tennessee,
in Trust Deed Book 395, Page 820, ALLEN H. DOUGLAS &
wife, TAMMY DOUGLAS conveyed to THOMAS E. BARCLAY, TRUSTEE,
the herein described real estate, to secure the payment
of the following indebtedness: one note of even date payable
to THE UNION BANK OF JELLICO, TENNESSEE, in the original
amount of $41,040.00; and
