    Nevaeh Hope Hamock Bolding died March 7.

    Preceded in death by “Papaw” Douglas Hamock, “Nana” JoAnn Artz, and Uncle Keith Hamock.

    Nevaeh is survived by parents, Shenna Hamock Bolding and husband, Nathan Bolding; sisters, Natalie and Madison Bolding; grandmother, Bernice Hamock Patterson

    A graveside service was held March 10 at the New Loyston Cemetery with Rev. Tom Byrge officiating.

    Hatmaker Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

    Nora Lee Baird

    Nora Lee Baird, 84, of Jacksboro died March 6.

    Preceded in death by parents, Francisco and Ollie Baird.

    Graveside services and interment will be at 11:30 a.m. on March 9 in the Jacksboro Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 9 – 11 a.m. before funeral services.

    Boyd A. Carson

    Boyd A. Carson, 85, of LaFollette passed away March 3 at St. Mary’s Campbell County.  He was of Baptist faith, a retired from city of LaFollette as Police Chief and a World War II veteran. 

    Preceded in death by first wife, Patsy Carson; parents, Pete and Edna Carson; brother, Joe Carson.

    Boyd is survived by wife, Barbara Carson; son, Boyd R. Carson of St. Petersburgs, Fla; step daughters, Debbie Siler, Sandy Henrici, Tammy Smith; five step grandsons, two step granddaughters and two step great grandchildren.

    Tasha M. Douglas

    Tasha M. Douglas, 35, of Jellico, died March 5.

    Tasha is survived by sons, Jerry Wayne Lawson and Jerad Dewayne Lawson; parents, Jack and Barbara Douglas, all of Jellico.

    Funeral services were held March 7 in the Cox and Son Chapel with Rev. Ellis Hoskins officiating. Interment was in the Huddleston Cemetery.

    Cox and Son Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

    William Robert “W.R. – Bill” Hatmaker

    William Robert “W.R. – Bill” Hatmaker, 85 of LaFollette passed away March 5 at his home.  

    Preceded in death by wife, Viona Lundy Hatmaker; parents, Luster and Janice Shumate Hatmaker.

    Bill is survived by daughters, Shirley Mabie of St. Joseph and Sandy Clotfelter of Jacksboro.

    Preceded in death by mother, Betty G. Goodman; grandparents, Dave and Nila Meadows, Fair and Ida Robbins. 

    Etta is survived by father, Arnold Meadows.

    Graveside services and interment were held March 7 in the Victory Cemetery.

    Earl William Stooksbury

    Earl William Stooksbury, 85 of Jacksboro passed away at his home March 5.  Earl was born and raised in the Pinecrest Community of Campbell County and had lived in Jacksboro since 1963. 

    Preceded in death by an infant brother, Wayne; parents, Amos and Minnie Stooksbury; sister, Ruby Wright, and his beloved son, Edward L. Stooksbury.

    Vernon Tackett

    Vernon Tackett, 77, of Clinton, passed away March 2 at NHC of Oak Ridge. He was born April 28, 1933 in the Stony Fork Community of Campbell County.  He has lived in the Black Oak community in Anderson County for the past 20 years. He was a retired coal truck driver and coal miner.

    Preceded in death by parents, Henry Tackett and Flora Lawson Tackett and son, Fred Gene Tackett.

    Preceded in death by parents, William Whaley and Bell (Severs) Whaley; husband, Harrison Virgil Turner; daughters, Dorothy Evansmier and Charlotte Weaver.

    Preceded in death by sons, John Andy Hutcheison of Marysville, Oh, Lonnie Elmer Hutcheison of Columbus, Oh, and Charles Glen Turner of Ashville, Oh; daughters, Vietta Fletcher, Betty Sue Hutcheison, both of Chillicothe, Oh.
