Our world changed 10 years ago.
Most people remember where they were when they found out about the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.
Gen. Carl Stiner, retired from the Army as a four star general in 1993, was up before the sun that day.
“Everyday I get up early and watch the weather forecast,” Stiner said. “I had pulled in to cut a hay field, and was ready to start mowing when I got a call on the cell phone.”
The call was from his brother, who wanted to know if he had seen the television.
