On Monday afternoon, former LaFollette Police Officer Tony Rucker witnessed the jail book in procedure from a new vantage point.
He was the one under arrest.
On Friday, a Campbell County Grand Jury returned a four count sealed indictment against the one time officer.
Within the indictment, Rucker is charged with two counts of official misconduct, bribing a witness and filing a false report.
The indictment came after the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation looked into allegations Rucker had broken the law.
