The Campbell County Animal Shelter is going to the dogs in its decision making department. Or at least that is the claim of a Jacksboro man. And today a jury will decide if he is right.
On June 28, 2007 J. Timothy Bobo and Curtis W. Isabell filed a complaint in circuit court on behalf of their client Anthony Roberts.
According to the filing, in October 2006 employees of the animal shelter confiscated an Olde English Bulldog owned by Roberts from the home of Jerome Love.
The attorneys maintain Roberts had leased the dog to Love for stud services.
