Take a step back in time at this year’s Mountain Heritage Festival.
With music and handmade crafts, home cooked meals and a mule pull, the 39th annual Mountain Heritage Festival looks to be a day of good old-fashioned country fun.
The two-day festival is scheduled for Sept. 5 and 6 and will be held in the Stinking Creek area. The festivities will kick off on Saturday at 11 a.m.
There will be blue grass and gospel music both days, along with hand made crafts and crafters on location, according to festival organizer Carolyn Ayers.
