The Caryville Board of Mayor and Aldermen will have a new face at its next meeting.
The only contested race in Caryville was for ward two, where Michael Miller and Eric Smith faced off. Miller brought in 272 votes while Smith garnered 203.
Late election night, Miller said he was exited about being elected. He was also looking forward to working with the Caryville board, he said.
For Caryville ward one, Chris Stanley received 439 unopposed votes. Mark Stanley and Vickie Heatherly were also re-elected to the board.
