The following is a weekly summary of the fishing conditions on Norris Lake as reported by creel clerks from the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA).
The lake level on Monday, April 18 was 1,021.78 feet, a rise of several feet over the previous two weeks.
Considerable floating debris can be found throughout the lake. Boaters need to exercise caution in all locations, but especially on the upper half of the lake.
Surface temperatures range from the high 50s to mid-60s depending on time of day and location.
