    Sheriff Robbie Goins and the Campbell County Sheriff’s Department will be holding a neighbors against crime neighborhood watch meeting at the Davis Chapel Community Center on May 26 at 7 p.m. for the communities of Davis Chapel, Carr Wynn Road, Coolidge, Ivey Hollow or any community in this area.     Hillcrest Baptist Church will have vacation bible school June 5-9 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church. Family Fun Night will be June 10 at the LaFollette Country Club pool, weather permitting.  Classes will be available from age 4-12 and food and snacks will be served each night.    


  • CCHS junior finishes 5th in state pentathlon competition

    Campbell County High School junior Kristin Chapman kicked off her weeklong state championship quest Monday with a 5th place finish in the Class AAA pentathlon at Middle Tennessee State University.
