with killing elk
Two juvenile males from the Briceville section of Anderson County have been charged with illegally killing a 5X5 bull elk, according to the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA).
According to reports, the two youth were spotlighting from an ATV in the Beech Grove Community on Jan. 15, when they shot the elk with a Marlin .22 rifle. They did not take the elk.
TWRA wildlife officers confiscated the spotlight and .22 rifle.
