Campbell County High School’s varsity basketball teams went on the road Tuesday night to sweep District 3-AAA rival Clinton for the second time this season.
The Lady Cougars (5-0 district, 11-4 overall) defeated the Lady Dragons, 67-42, with nine players scoring points.
Senior point guard Courtney Morris led the way with 14, followed by post player Shayla Goins with 13, Maria Foust eight, Amber Young and Hannah Owens seven each, Courtney Miller and Emily Byrge six each, Niki Ward five and Kristin Chapman one.
