    From a Mothers Heart
Consider the consequences of your sins
“But if you do not do so then take note, you have sinned against the Lord; and be sure your sin will find you out” (Numbers 32:23).
For every action, there is an opposite and equal reaction; for every sin or wrong action there are corresponding, continuing consequences. In other words we reap what we sow.
With many acts or thoughts there are definite good or bad consequences. Obedience or disobedience to God and His word bring good or bad consequences.

  • Baseball Cougars pick up two wins

Despite losing a pair of district games to Anderson County and Knox Halls, the Campbell County High School baseball team remains two games above .500 this week.

In both losses, a lack of hitting was to blame.

The Cougars (1-4 district, 4-2 overall) were run-ruled 13-2 at Halls on Monday afternoon. Tucker Cain and Chris Hutson had the only two hits for Campbell County. Hutson also drove in a run.
